We are seeking a Part-Time Accountant for our Charlotte, North Carolina Office.

Responsibilities:

Key Accounting activities for the Part-Time Accountant (average 15 hours per week) are:

▪     General Reporting - Preparing summary accounting reports

▪     Tickets - Tracking client ticket and credential packages

▪     Invoicing - Managing all invoicing for prize programs, driver/client appearances, vendors, etc.  Also invoicing client retainer and fees according to contract

▪     Monthly client report - working with current accounting/consulting staff on monthly details for report to client

Requirements

▪     Strong communication skills

▪     Team player with a proactive approach to work

▪     Willingness to take responsibility

▪     High degree of attention to detail

▪     Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

▪     High level of proficiency with computer accounting packages

▪     Strong technical accounting skills

▪     Ability to execute accurately and on a timely basis, especially during multiple deadline and time-critical situations

▪     Ability to absorb important business tenets quickly and to recognize and service the business needs of important internal and external clients

▪     Ability to work with all levels of employees

Experience:

▪     3+ years accounting related experience

▪     BS/BA in Accounting highly preferable

▪     Experience with SAP highly preferable
