New Behavioral Network provides case management for children and families. Our highly trained case manager will focus on:
Supervise part-time field workersGeneral stabilization to overcome the immediate problemStrategic interventions engineered to change dysfunctional patterns of behaviorProvide information on behavior modification, coupled with practical activities, to manage the behavior.Model new patterns of interaction and behaviorProvide training for workers
All of our case managers are bachelors in social work or related field, with experience in supervision, case management, and relevant work with children and adolescents. We develop the case management duties based on the following foundation:
Provides case management to workers.
Assesses strengths and therapeutic needs of a child utilizing active listening, questioning, and exchanging information to complete an assessment.
Includes child as a participant in his/her own treatments.
Works with other internal and external personnel to facilitate case management duties.
