Patent Paralegal

 

Solid knowledge of patent application parts, types and filing procedures.Experience should include previous exposure to domestic, PCT and international patent filing. CPI Database experience highly preferred. Microsoft Excel skills required, MS Access skills preferred.1-3 years paralegal experience in a law firm or working in-house on PATENT MATTERS.

Transactional Paralegal

 

Background in marketing and promotions. Work closely with Senior Paralegals and Attorneys to serve the company’s Marketing department on a wide range of legal issues. Provide support for trademark clearance.Superior candidates will have experience with contract drafting and administration and trademark matters. Familiarity with promotions, sweepstakes and trademark law. 1-2 years of law firm or in-house Paralegal experience.Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong organizational skills required.  Nelson Staffing On-Site at SCEA
