PACS SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE Location: Remote - South West (CA, NV, AZ) **This position requires the ability to travel up to 90% throughout North Amarica including Canada Provide on-site support and maintenance of hardware and software on McKesson Medical Imaging products. Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware malfunctions. Perform preventive maintenance as required. Maintain knowledge of systems, configuration and site infrastructure pertinent to the proper functioning of McKesson applications. Maintain good working relationships with customer contacts. Perform hardware and software upgrades to existing McKesson systems. Traveling within assigned service area and on occasion to McKesson install sites in the continental United States to provide on-site support. Perform other duties as required. Candidates must have a high level of initiative and the energy to succeed in a fast paced environment as well as the following skills: 1. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role supporting PACS applications in a clinical, customer focused environment 2. MCSE or Systems Analyst Experience 3. Computer Technical Specialist 4. Experience building servers and systems using common hardware components 5. Experience installing and configuring Windows and Unix server and workstation operating systems in a networked environment 6. Experience administrating and troubleshooting networks and routing 7. Experience providing service and support on customer sites 8. Very strong technical knowledge coupled with very strong analytical troubleshooting 9. Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
