MOBIS Alabama, LLC, a Tier One supplier to Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama, has an immediate opening in its Re-distribution Center for its facility in Montgomery, Alabama.

Candidates must have a BS degree in Business or related discipline. Two years experience in a distribution environment preferably automotive. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and experience with AS400 is helpful.  International trade compliance experience is a plus.  Automotive distribution, JIT, 5’S, Team Building and Lean Practices experience preferably.  Excellent problem solving skills and excellent verbal and written skills are also a must. 

~ Packaging Specialist  ~

Ø      Determine and design packaging material to maximize productivity for receiving and shipping departments.

Ø      Track inventory levels and total inventory control thru cycle count program and AS400 system.

Ø      Process all invoices and purchase orders created for packaging material and transportation of carriers.

Ø      Accountable for Quality control for packaging and labeling of all service parts,  on time delivers, loading and shipment intact processors and Bill of Laden Packing Lists documentation for all overseas inbound and outbound transportation.

Ø      Transportation: Create and maintain routing guide for suppliers supporting Re-distribution Center with service parts.

Ø      Create and maintain routing guide for all outbound shipments to customers by truck carrier.

Ø      Apply a sense of urgency to addressing and resolving distribution matters in a timely manner.
