Company Description:
Our client is a progressive, fast growing consumer products company in Northern California. Their products are distributed nationally and to some European markets. Responsibilities:
As Packaging Development Director, you will be responsible for new packaging development using ridged plastics, high-density polyethylene and P.E.T.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of experience in packaging design, engineering, testing and qualification of consumer packaged goods. Experience with beautiful packaging design and environmental sustainability a MAJOR plus!! You must be able to drive technical packaging and product development while also handling project management and leading a team of two packaging engineers. This is a roll up your sleeves position, not a manage from behind the desk job.
