Praxair Healthcare Services offers a growing line of products and services related to respiratory therapy, sleep disorders and related homecare equipment. We are currently seeking a part time Customer Service Associate in Charlottesville, VA.

You will be responsible for serving walk in retail customers; printing open order edit list; selecting and confirming orders; validating accuracy of all patient and referral data in the system; maintaining log of generated orders; coordinating patient service with dispatch  and other duties as assigned. This is a part time position. Hours are 8:00am to 12:00 noon. 20 hours per week, Monday thru Friday.

Requirements:
Exposure to DME or Homecare Industry, and/or experience in a call-center environment as well as working knowledge of medical intake, compliance (HIPAA, JCAHO), Medical Terminology, EOB, CMN, Procedure and ICD-9 codes are preferred. Proficiency with computers is also preferred.
