CIBA VISION is seeking out overachievers with a consistent track record in consultative selling and account/territory management selling to doctors and optomotris. As a Territory Manager you will be empowered to increase sales, generate profits, and working to exceed annual corporate and territory objectives selling CIBA VISION’S products and services in alignment with our customer's needs.
We seek candidates with at least three years experience exceeding expectations as an Account/Territory Manager (Field Sales). Candidates must be trained in consultative selling, have demonstrated success in selling in highly competitive markets and shown the ability to grow into higher levels of responsibility.

Other Requirements Include…
- Proven overachieving track-record of success in account/territory management (field sales)
- Success in relationship building, account/territory management (field sales) and business planning
- Ability and experience in analyzing account/territory information to establish a plan of action based on business conditions
- Four-Year Degree
- Trained in a formal sales training process (Professional Selling Skill, etc)
- Computer skills (Ability to use MS Excel to analyze data, along with Word, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet
- Lives in or will move into territory
