Position Title:        Outsourced Services Development Executive

Position Location:  Boise, Idaho

Required Travel:    40 – 75%

The Business Developer role is designed for a motivated individual who desires to grow and advance within our dynamic, progressive technology company.  Successful candidate will be responsible for the direct sales of Adecco Engineering & Technical’s Managed Service Programs and Test Labs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a full pipeline of qualified sales prospects by cultivating networking partners, belonging to industry associations, leveraging direct marketing and telemarketing resources, in addition to personal prospecting and market/territory research. Identify customer business needs and develop appropriate Managed Service Solutions or Test Lab business.  Act as a business resource to the customer and provide “industry expert” executive level selling practices while delivering clear differentiation from competitor offerings.

 

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with 5+ years sales experience in the technology services sector.  This individual will need to be comfortable presenting our company’s services to all levels of client management, developing networking partners, creating proposals and have the ability to develop sales strategy for complex accounts. Previous experience selling outsource opportunities is desirable.
