We are a publicly traded company, one of the largest in the workwear industry and voted one of the top 20 sales companies to work for; we are looking for a hard working and persistent Outside Sales Rep to cover the Joplin territory.  1-2 years of outside sales and business to business sales is preferred, along with a strong work ethic!

The Outside Sales candidate must have the following qualifications:

1-2 years of Business-to-Business sales experience with the majority of income coming from business generated from new accounts.  Willing to train the right person!  Strong Cold Calling and Prospecting skills Successful Candidates have come from these industries:  Rental Car Agencies, Healthcare, Wireless Communications, News Paper or Yellow Page advertising and Waste Management Services Clean driving record with a reliable vehicle; Some local travel required Good job stability, with no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years is preferred Great work ethic, can-do personality, competitive and driven with a creative approach to sales Strong record of past sales success, persuasive closing skills a must Great oral, time-management, written, communication and organizational skills required Knowledge of windows, PDA's and Blackberry Drug free environment College Education Preferred

WE OFFER:

Great Base Salary plus an uncapped commission structure, $150/week reimbursement in car allowance, and $50/month in cell phone allowance

Responsibilities include:  generating new business through cold/warm calling, prospecting, and closing.  Heavy prospecting skills are key!  Will be selling to a variety of industries from small automotive shops to hospitals, large corporations, and manufacturing plants.  Will also participate in weekly rallies and reviews in the Springfield office once a week.
