ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Outside Sales Team is the "face of Freedom" to infertility centers and specialists.  In addition to educating the doctors and nursing staffs on the FFP product group, the reps are the liaison for any issues needing resolution in the field.  The sales group works closely with the pharmacy to ensure our tradition of excellent customer service is continued.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

This position revolves around creating new and maintaining existing business. 

Responsible for meeting sales targets of net new lives/scripts, profitability goals, and up sell targets. Manages ongoing client relationships and ensures sales target levels are met. Accountable for sales planning, development of sales strategy and new sales targets within assigned client groups.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area, with 2-5 years of Pharmaceutical or medical sales experience with proven track record of success required. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills required.  Knowledge of PBM or health care industry preferred.  PC skills in using Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet. Leadership skills, team-orientation, with a strong commitment to sales and client service.  Willingness to travel.  Professional appearance and demeanor required. A valid driver’s license with a good driving history and proof of insurance.
