Job Description:

 

Pinnacle is a fast growing Independent Sales Agency serving the decorative plumbing, appliance, lighting and hardware industry in Florida, the Southeast US, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean for 27 years.  Our outside sales force calls on builders, developers, mechanical contractors, designers, architects, engineers, plumbers, kitchen and bath dealers, plumbing wholesalers, decorative hardware dealers, and appliance retailers.  Sales representatives are responsible for developing new avenues for growth and working with existing customers to improve sales penetration.  We are seeking to add an additional salesperson in North Carolina.  Ideally, the candidate would live in the area of Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, or Winston-Salem.  

 

Essential Experience, Responsibilities and Duties:

 

We are looking for an assertive, self-motivated, hardworking and results-oriented professional with a background in the decorative plumbing, appliance, lighting and hardware industry that includes:

 

A minimum of 2 years successful industry sales experience 

College degree preferred but not required

Top ranking in current sales-force

Proficiency in written and verbal communications

Demonstrable territory management skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Familiarity with using Email, Word, Excel, Power-point, MS/CRM, PDA, Cell-phone and other electronic sales tools.

Basic computer skills are a crucial requirement for the job.

Able to handle multiple product lines, maintain existing accounts, and develop new business throughout the Southeast US.

Building industry experience a plus, but not required.

Compensation – Based strictly on an individual’s competence and experience
