ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Account Executive, you will be required to demonstrate success with balancing the acquisition of new business, along with gaining incremental revenue from existing accounts. This role is not for the average salesperson. We are seeking A-players, diamonds in the ruff, who understand the level of commitment one must provide in order to be successful and to make an imprint in the market. This role requires that you understand and anticipate how key decisions are made relative to your clients, while uncovering new business needs and growing those relationships.
Success in this role means that you will execute weekly a minimum of 10 face to face appointments with key decision makers and quoting 100k in revenue along with actively prospecting for new business. You will also be required to maintain your activity within our CRM system, as well as, issue honest and accurate forecasting.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent in education/experienceAt least 2-5 years direct Business to Business sales experience required, preferably within a solution sales environment.
Business Development/Hunter Role Sales experience preferred
$64,000 base + uncapped commissions at plan of $102k-134k
