OUTSIDE INDUSTRIAL SALES – MISSOURI and ILLINOIS TERRITORY
THIS SALES POSITION REQUIRES:
▪ Self-motivation and confidence

▪ Moderate travel within your territory
▪ Ability to create and maintain long term relationships
▪ Opening new accounts
▪ Understanding of brand recognition sales
▪ Cold calling and developing leads
▪ Understanding of B2B sales interaction
▪ Setting and meeting realistic sales goals
▪ Completing weekly sales reports
The ideal candidate must be able to build partnerships with customers and maintain long-term relationships. This individual must be capable of providing excellent customer support, and have strong in-the-field skills. They will be responsible for managing a territory and promoting growth through active personal sales visits and account development. Must be financially motivated and have a strong desire to earn an above average income.
The ideal applicant will have some experience in a customer service or sales environment, with emphasis on account management. Strong organizational skills are a must. Computer related skills are not mandatory, but helpful. This person must have excellent oral and written skills to compliment their sales talents. 2 to 5 years of related outside sales experience is a plus. Some college course work completed is recommended or recent college graduates should apply.

Compensation for this position is a starting training salary with a modest commission.
