ORGANIZED CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING/OFFICE ASSISTANT
Small, growth-oriented Fort Worth based commercial construction firm needs an experienced, organized, multi-tasking, hands-on Office Assistant who is able to perform all levels and types of duties.
This position requires:
· A good command of the English language with ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Master Builder or Timberline very helpful.
· Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task with good time management skills
· A team oriented work approach
· Work independently with minimal supervision
Perform all types of office functions. Ensure accurate and timely tracking and updates of purchase orders, change orders and other construction related information. Communicate with on-site associates, estimator, customers, vendors and owner.
Coordinate field equipment pricing, delivery and billing.
Assist with filing, answering phones, incoming and outgoing mail and any other administrative functions as and when required.
Must have excellent computer skills and willingness to cross-train all office functions.
