The Order to Cash (OTC) Supervisor oversees the order processing to cash collection activities for Equinix's US operations.

Responsibilities:

Effectively supervise the following areas to ensure the accurate, complete and timely processing of all order to cash transactions. This includes managing the policies, procedures and work flow prioritization for the order to cash functions:
Order preparation
Booking
Pricing
Billing
Cash applications
Credit
Collections
Price increases
Create and maintain department metrics focusing on key performance areas.
Monitor Universal Work Queue and ensure that all incoming Service Requests are reviewed, addressed and resolved within the stated service level agreement time line.
Perform root cause analysis of sub-optimal processes and procedures and implement corrective actions.
Train, coach and develop individual team members and recommend/implement appropriate structural changes to enhance overall department performance.
Supervise the OTC staff.
Responsible for ensuring compliance on all SOX controls related to the order to cash process.
Participate on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.

Qualifications/Experience

5-10 years experience managing in an order to cash organization.
BS/BA degree or equivalent
Strong communication and relationship skills with the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management. (IT, Customer Care, Sales, etc.).
Strong leadership skills with examples of staff mentoring and development.
Strong organization and prioritization skills a must.
Focused attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision with tight deadlines is a must.
Experience with complex accounting systems (Oracle Financials) and spreadsheet software (i.e. MS Excel) is preferred.
