Deloitte Consulting's Enterprise Applications Practice (Oracle, SAP and Emerging Solutions) helps clients solve complex business issues with a combination of packaged software, more efficient processes, and deep industry experience. Our Oracle Solutions service line combines extensive experience with broad consulting capabilities to help customers address their most complex business challenges-from enterprise value maximization and business case development to program management and application configuration. Packages supported within Oracle Solutions include: Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel and JD Edwards.


Our Oracle Solutions service line is currently looking for industry-leading Oracle Retail (Retek) Senior Consultants to operate within our Consumer & Industrial Products (C&IP) Industry practice.

Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex Retail Merchandising and Supply Chain solutions. Oracle Retail (Retek) professionals have functional skills in implementing best of breed retail solutions, including planning, actively participating in and leading the business process design, configuration, testing, and cut-over of various Oracle Retail modules.

Basic Qualification:
- Experience working with Merchandisers, Planners, Replenishers and Supply Chain functional staff in implementing Oracle Retail modules, including (Retek's 10.0 or later RMS, RPM, RPAS, RDF, ReSA, RIM, RDM, and RDW)
- Bachelor's Degree required

Also must have the following experience:
- Proven functional implementation experience with at least one full lifecycle Oracle Retail (Retek) implementation project and four+ years of industry and/or consulting experience.
- Must have Retail industry experience.
- Proven experience as a team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least one full cycle implementation.
- Proven skills in defining business strategies, developing business operational models and functional requirements, designing business processes and operating procedures, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
- Strong written and verbal communications, including presentation and workshop facilitation and organizational skills.
- Able to collaborate with clients to help them succeed, and have a strong desire to excel .
- Ability to travel 80-100%.
- A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree or equivalent.
