Job Description:Oracle Program Manager - Northern VA / DC

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the overall on-time budget and delivery of a large multi-year Oracle federal financials implementation for a government agency.
* Develop integrated program management plans, manage deadlines and dependencies across initiatives, and coordinate project team activities
* Define and agree on deliverables and milestones, set and control scope, communicate status and vision to client management and stakeholders, work with project manager, subcontractors and leads to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team.
* Responsible for overall team management, project & financial management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 12+ years of IT experience
* 5+ years of Oracle project delivery experience, with at least 2 years of experience in managing large, complex fixed price programs
* Must have managed at least one government fixed price program.
* Expert skills in time management, attention to detail, planning, prioritizing, organizing, resource planning, and risk management to accomplish assigned programs.
* Experience developing project/program schedules and budget.
* Proactively recognize and assess cost/benefit, side-effects, risks, and impact associated with significant obstacles or change.
* Create metrics helpful to continuous improvement of development and other business processes.
* Influence and coordinate activities with support/services groups outside the team to ensure successful project results.
* Certified PMP preferred
* EVMS knowledge preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
