Direct Reports include Process Engineers, Planners, Manufacturing and Materials personnel. Team size varies from 30-60 employees. Product Team personnel management ' typical team is 25 to 60 employees. Assure conversion of Strategic Plan into Tactical execution as the Product Team focal point to achieve the business unit's objectives. Product Team Improvements/Initiatives/Lean ' Development and implementation of plans that result in continuous improvement in the areas of: Quality, Working Capital, Safety, Flow Time, Customer Satisfaction, and Cost. Initiate, correct and utilize the material resources and production planning systems. Management of the MRPII systems and its output with effective resource planning and a resultant ability to assure the product team meets or exceeds production commitments and financial objectives. Employee Development ' Provide a trained/flexible workforce that meets the business needs while promoting employee growth. Direct company interface working to form partnerships with customers and vendors. Achieve customer satisfaction by supporting their needs as well as communication ours. Chairing ad hoc groups of multi-disciplined personnel to resolve problems. Accomplish tasks such as New Product introduction, Resolution of design, technical & process issues. Provide manufacturing input for new business proposals. Creates & executes the Product Team's financial budget and salary plan. Fiscal management of the budgetary goals, capital plan and equitable compensation based upon individual/team performance. Minimum: Bachelor Degree or equivalent. 3 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven results in past positions. Desirable: 5 years of management experience in manufacturing with a proven track record of results Strong Leadership Skills Inventory and Production Management/Scheduling techniques Communication and Management skills Financial/Budgetary Management experience Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills Product/technical knowledge Knowledge of manufacturing processes in an aerospace electronics environment RESPOND HERE!
