Operations Manager Pro Audio Retail
Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in business management as well as a strong professional audio and or music retail background. You will interface with staff and clients and be responsible for managing daily operations, logistics, technical services, as well as inventory control and fulfillment. Retail, distribution background preferred. Benefit package includes 401K, Health, Vacation and sick pay, performance bonus, and relocation package.

Duties:
* Accountability for purchasing and logistics strategies. Define proven procedures to enable future growth and expansion.

*Setting and meeting business expectations, while managing efficient daily operations.

* Establishing organizational and systems strategies; train, implement and manage employees reviewing progress; making adjustments as required.

* Work directly with sales and marketing team to implement successful business strategies.

* Maintain and grow positive industry perception through strong customer service, courtesy and expertise.

* Establish and enforcing organization standards.

* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; trade shows, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Inventory systems management, Bar Coding systems, Computer and accounting proficiency, Professional Audio and Music Retail background required. Strong customer service experience required. Project management and complete understanding of professional recording technology.
