SI International is seeking a Program Manager / Operations Manager to head up a records management effort in Corpus Christi, Texas.  The manager would be responsible for the operation of a site/base plant for a non-technical contract.  Includes start-up, control and shutdown of equipment for efficient, economical and environmental standards. Oversees the maintenance, repair, construction and operation of all assigned systems and supporting infrastructure. Includes responsibility for work control, planning, infrastructure, facilities support and clerical operations. Responsible for maintenance, repair, construction and operation of facilities to insure cost effective and reliable support. Direct management of support subcontractors.  Background in quality control management is a plus.

Requires a Bachelors or equivalent and eight to ten years in a DOD and or Civilian operations management environment.  Experience with the Army or Navy is preferred.  Experience overseeing a clerical team in a production environment is preferred.
