Description: The Operations Manager is responsible for providing support of instructional implementation through managing the day-to-day operations of the MoVIP Program. Responsibilities and Typical Activities: pport the organization in supervision and evaluation of the instructional staff based on established instructional goals and performance standards. pports the MoVIP Principal in the recruitment/hiring of new faculty including resume screening, evaluating, and facilitating the interviewing process. velops and implements staff development (i.e., training) for all instructional programs; and involved in overseeing and managing the master schedule. tandem with the MoVIP Principal, manages relationships with the District and State and stays current on the district and state policies, procedures and legislation. ordinates students transition from enrollment and welcome contact processes to facilitate entry into their academic courses. cilitates comprehensive student advocacy to resolve issues that affect student progress and satisfaction and escalate to the proper level as required (i.e., Director, Instructional Team Leaders, Instructors). nitors student academic success including, but not limited to: pace status, academic GPA, and communication requirements. ovides KVE project management with regular written/verbal reports and updates, as required. rticipates and attends school related functions and activities, when necessary and applicable.
