Perform all plumbing, electrical or HVAC requirements of the buildings.

Maintain heaters, chillers, pumps, fan coil units, and so on.

Inspect fan room equipment, cooling tower and other engine room equipment.

Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.

Monitor and repair equipment as needed.

Comply with all applicable codes, regulations and governmental agency directives.



Create unlimited success. Qualifications: Use your 3 years of related experience to advance your career in commercial real estate.



You must also possess:



High school diploma

Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs

Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration abilities
