Position RequirementsKitchen Managers & Restaurant Shift Supervisors (Service Managers):  You must possess a high school diploma/GED/equivalent, have previous experience in the restaurant industry (at any level; i.e., serving, bartending, cooking, supervising...) as well as experience inside or outside of the restaurant industry in a supervisor or management role.  Age minimum is 21 years for all management positions. Assistant Managers:  You must possess a high school diploma/GED/equivalent and have 1 or more years of previous experience in restaurant management.  Age minimum is 21 years for all management positions. Position Summary
Our managers are responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant. These include, though not limited to: the training and development of crew members, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining budgets set by the store manager FOR THOSE AT THE ASSISTANT MANAGER LEVEL, HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL GET :Shift Supervisor and Kitchen Manager candidates, please inquire as to the benefits available to you: 

Free Time-
We thrive on making gourmet burritos, but everyone needs time to just play. You'll get 2 weeks per year (you start earning it from day one, and after three months you can take it), then at the beginning of your fifth year you start earning 3 weeks per year.
