We have immediate openings for the following positions:

Medical Claims SpecialistsMedical / Insurance Customer Service RepresentativesInsurance Eligibility & Verification Specialists

Basic Responsible

Medical Claims Specialist                  

Qualifies orders on shipment pending for placement authorization payer.  Coordinate all paperwork required for shipping of product and billing of claims.  Releases orders for delivery and claims for billing.    

Medical / Insurance CSR

Performs tasks with high degree of accuracy, performance and efficiency. Will handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers and team members while representing our client in a professional manner. Will provide training and direction to internal/external customers to ensure timely and accurate processing of required documents.

Insurance Eligibility & Verification Specialists

Assists the medical claims department in verifying insurance eligibility on patients. Will be making outbound calls to various insurance providers.
