Responsibilities: As an Online Banking Support agent you will be part of the Online Banking Support group and train to administer quality technical support for our online banking customers. You will be trained on the following product lines: OnlineDirect, Money, Quicken, StatementLook, Federated, Business IVR, Trust Direct, and Verified by Visa. You will also be trained to manage the following types of calls: resolving customer?s questions, resetting passwords, opening online bill payment claims, basic technical issues, and Web Chat customers. Requirements: Although this position is technical in nature, customer service skills and excellent phone quality skills are essential for the successful candidate. There will also be an opportunity to blend your skills to assist on customer service calls in an overflow status, as well as proactively service our customers. Pay grade commensurate with experience. Requires Great work and attendance ethics. Good working knowledge of computer operation including Windows XP and Microsoft Office products is a must. Be proficient with Internet Explorer browser and a firm understanding of the Internet.
