About the Position:

A state-of-the-art healthcare facility in South Dakota is searching for an energetic team leader to direct our Medical Oncology/Infusion Center.  As the Director, you would be responsible for meeting the department goals and developing employee talents to lead your team to high levels of quality and productivity.  We are seeking a strong leader who has the ability to develop a team by providing new processes, new technology, and new products.

Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing

·         Masters Degree is preferred (can attain within 5 yrs of hire)

·         5 years of nursing experience

·         Acute Care experience in Oncology and/or Infusion Preferred

·         Management experience is preferred

 

Compensation and Benefits:
