Senior Clinical Research Scientist, Oncology:

Assisting the Clinical Leader in the planning, implementation, managing, and reporting of clinical trials but may serve as Clinical Leader for selected trials.
Preparing clinical trial Synopses and clinical trial Protocols. Prepares patient SAE narratives, section of the ISS, ISE, Investigator Brochure, etc.
Making recommendations for the supervision of monitoring, clinical trial conduct (enrollment, GCP practices, etc.).
Assisting in database evaluability assessments.
Preparing drafts of clinical trial reports.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry
Requires a Doctoral (PharmD or PhD) level degree (or in some cases a Masters Degree)
A thorough understanding of clinical research methodology including study design, protocol writing and CRF preparation is required as is a knowledge of GCP and local regulatory requirements.
Working knowledge of the IND/NDA process acquired through direct industrial experience is required.
Knowledge of medical, scientific and clinical research techniques in assigned therapeutic area.


Senior Director, Oncology:

· Assuming (Global) leadership for one or more Oncology area programs
· Defining Oncology/project vision and strategy for achieving that vision, and engaging and motivating teams to buy into that vision and execute strategy through clear and persuasive communication skills
· Providing technical insight to ensure progress towards goals
· Contributing innovative thinking and brings an external market perspective to task within and outside area of direct accountability
· Motivating exceptional performance
· Acting as an informal mentor and coach for team members

Requirements:

· MD with specialty training in Oncology
· At least 5-7 years additional related experience including industry experience
· Medical and technical development expertise in tandem with strong working knowledge of other functional areas (e.g., clinical operations, regulatory, pre-clinical and marketing)
· Sound knowledge of regulatory process on a global basis. Experience with regulatory filing highly desirable
· Established reputation within the Oncology area
· Expertise in managing groups preferably across geographic regions

Oncology Training Manager:

The Training Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of Training initiatives that contribute to the success of the Oncology / Institutional Care Team’s Sales Organization. These responsibilities include ensuring all new and existing oncology sales personnel have the knowledge and skills they need to effectively sell Eisai’s oncology products and support Eisai’s strategic oncology business goals. This person must be proficient in their ability to train and develop others. This person must have experience selling in the solid or liquid tumor oncology marketplace.

The Training Manager will help to develop sales representatives and Field Trainers. This includes leading training classes, as well as the development, facilitation and/or support of other initiatives to develop the professional skills of our people.

Requirements:

•Knowledge in the solid and/or liquid tumor oncology market
•Ability to design and deliver training initiatives and curriculum using adult education principles
•Ability to proactively create and manage projects and processes
•Experience developing, training, coaching and/or managing others
•BA/BS Degree required
