Our client, a prominent global firm in Houston, is looking for a mid-level associate attorney with a minimum of three years handling oil and gas-related transactional matters. This experience would include purchase and sale agreements, e&p, pipeline and land-related issues. This is a premier oil and gas practice which is incredibly busy. On-point experience in the energy field is required.
