Requirements, Must Have:
Extensive office experience including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, human resource, customer service
Must have strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Dependable, motivated and fast paced personality
Able to multi-task, good decision maker and goal oriented
Excellent phone skills, very personable
Basic computer skills (Windows, Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word)
Quicken software experience is a plus
Duties:
Account collections, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Interviewing, hiring and training as needed
Preparing payroll
Reconciling bank accounts
Preparing month-end files, reports, journal entries for regional accounting office
Reporting weekly numbers to Corporate
Approving credit customers
Setting up new customers
Preparing information for annual audit visits
Working with auditors during visit
Reconciling Daily cash, preparing deposit
Prepare Sales Tax returns monthly
Prepare Quarterly IFTA returns
Purchase, maintain office supply inventory
Maintain office equipment
Work with RAC on monthly reconciliations
Maintain and balance petty cash
