Triunity Engineering & Management, Inc. (TE&M) is a engineering and management services company offering system analysis, design, procurement, installation, testing and project management of transportation (rail and highway), wastewater, power communication, control and security systems. 

We have an excellent opportunity for a Office Engineer in Norfolk/Hampton Roads Virginia area.  You will suppport the Hampton Roads Transit starter line for the regional light rail system, now known as The Tide. 

Responsibilities: May include but are not limited to construction design, scheduling, operations planning, quality control, contract administration, estimating, writing memoranda, maintaining databases, and miscellaneous office support.  Experience is gained by working under the guidance of senior engineers and superintendents while handling real responsibilities.

Required Skills:

·         Minimum two years of experience overseeing rail, roadway, bridge, utility and/or facility construction projects

·         Have a 4-yr. degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or work related experience.

·         Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings, and specifications, display a strong work ethic.

·         Demonstrate ability to operate a standard PC with knowledge of various engineering and office-related software; have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work independently as well as a team; be able to access all areas of a job in varying weather and terrain.

·         Submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test, and show proof of eligibility for employment in the United States.
