Administrative Accounting Assistant
Our client, located in Earlysville (near the Charlottesville/Albemarle Airport), seeks an Administrative Accounting Assistant to join their team. Duties include scheduling appointments in MS Outlook, typing documents and correspondence, answering and directing incoming phone calls, creating and maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets,data entry, filing, preparing invoices, processing weekly payroll, processing A/P as needed, and other duties as assigned.
