Since 1997, 3D Structural Solutions has been building their reputation on solid foundations in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. It began as a small business venture with “three thousand dollars and a desire to raise their kids close to Mom and Dad.” Brothers Dave and Daniel Scarberry moved to South Bend, Indiana and began 3D Structural Solutions, named after Dave, Daniel and Dereck Scarberry, with their primary focus in the beginning being concrete leveling.
In 1998 the brothers connected with A.B. Chance, a manufacturer of Deep Foundations, and appreciated the technical support they offered and the 100 years of Helical anchor manufacturing they represented. Once the relationship was secured, 3-D began advertising the different solutions they could now offer – lifting settled structures, foundation repair, new construction or existing foundations, straightening bowed walls, increasing and improving load capacities of foundations, leveling concrete, developing retaining walls and soil retention, and many other specialty construction solutions.
3-D has come a long way since 1998. Since then, the company has grown 24-fold in the South Bend office; opened a commercial division in Battle Creek, Michigan, and has full-service operations in Central Missouri, Kansas City, and Nashville, Tennessee. With a reputation built on the solid foundation of exceptional service and unparalleled products, 3D currently has plans to expand its operations into other areas of the Midwest and Southeast regions. The brothers Dave and Dan are still located in the South Bend area and the business is still family owned and operated.
Corporate HQ Administration Professional
This is not a specialist position; it is a generalist position suited to someone with broad office administration experience.
Position Duties are 1) Telephone communication with customers, prospects and sales personnel, 2) Computer usage with proprietary sales and scheduling software along with Microsoft products, 3) Consistent interaction with executive management, 4) Consistent (part time) role within the Financial Department, 5) The ability to be "the Answer person" in Administration in South Bend headquarters.

Must be able to assume responsibility for results and follow thru to completion
Must be able to communicate with sales, customers, prospects and the management team
Must be able to assist in Finance with basic Accounting functions
Must be flexible and non-sensitive as direction may come from more than one manager, in more than one location.
Must be able to be self-motivated and a self starter, but not a “Lone Ranger”.
Must be able to work without direct, on-site, supervision.
