This AE role is in the Industry Solutions Group (ISG) - Responsible for development and growth of an OEM account set in the North Region of the US, some accts in Canada. Manage and grow OEM customers in the Denver and Minneapolis areas with some key accounts in Canada. Responsible for driving and executing market and account development activities, qualifying and developing sales opportunities, leading an account team comprised of an inside sales partner and field systems consultant, managing an extended team of resources, and making an assigned quota. Duties include working with internal resources and processes to achieve customer goals, a high level of customer experience, and long term sales results. Strong knowledge of OEM industry and sales tactics. Strong organizational and planning skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Requires proven selling skills including developing account strategies and plans, identifying customer business requirements and buying influences, overcoming objections and competition, delivering sales presentations, and conducting negotiations. Ability to work as part of a team, motivate a sales team, and lead by example. Strong business acumen is required to work with OEM customers of all types. A network of existing customers, business partners, and contacts from the area is preferred. Ability to operate remotely and/or travel up to 50% of the time. Prefer a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7+ years of OEM related sales experience.
