Job Details:
OT: State of Maine OT License. Bachelor's degree, Occupational Therapy required. Provides quality inpatient and outpatient services to patients including assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, discharge planning, related documentation, education and communication. COTA: State of Maine COTA License required. Provides quality occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist. These services include treatment program planning and implementation, discharge planning, related documentation, education, and communication.
