Philips Lumileds Lighting currently has an opening for an Occupational Health Programs Manager/Nurse for their San Jose, CA semiconductor facilities. Duties include but not limited to:

Provide appropriate emergency care for all employees involved in occupational injuries/illnesses.Provide health related counseling for employees health information and health records.In charge of worker's compensation case management.Ergonomics programs and evaluations.Conduct workplace assessments with regards to health and safety issues.Oversee OSHA compliance and reporting.Lead and develop company health fitness programs.Work closely with executive members of various departments for health and safety programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and certification in Occupational Health Nursing preferred.Current license to practice as a registered nurse in California.Minimum 5 years nursing experience.Excellent knowledge in clinical nursing and current medical and nursing practicesPrevious experience supporting a manufacturing or semiconductor facility a plus.
