SALES EXECUTIVE

(ORS) headquartered in Chantilly, VA, has been the market leader in developing surgical products that improve patient safety by controlling fluid temperatures for more than ten (10) years. Our proprietary products are unchallenged in the market and provide an increased level of patient safety by helping clinicians meet the demands of the most challenging surgical procedures.

 

ORS is a rapidly growing company in both revenue and human capital.  We seek a highly energetic Sales Executive for our New York, NY and Connecticut Territory to compliment our current National sales team.  Financial as well as professional growth may be achieved by demonstrating success in this role.

 

As a contributing member of our sales organization, you will be charged with effectively and successfully executing sales initiatives and corresponding strategies/tactics in your territory by prospecting, demonstrating and closing high dollar sales opportunities in both new and current customer locations. 

 

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

Attain revenue goals for the territory Prospect for new business and expand existing business across the entire product lineUtilize well developed sales skills to navigate complex selling environments, to include the C-level, within healthcare organizationsEffectively present, demonstrate and close hospital based sales opportunitiesCommunicate proficiently with clinical, administrative and executive personnel. Daily reporting of activities in the field.In-service presentations for clinical and administrative personnel.

Compensation:

 

·         ORS offers the successful candidate the ability to earn a six figure income which includes a generous base salary, an exceptional commission schedule, a monthly auto allowance, benefits and reimbursement for business expenses.

 

Requirements:

 

·         1-2 years of capital equipment sales experience required

·          Medical, Operating Room or surgical sales experience preferred

·         Must be capable of accommodating overnight travel

·         Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
