Job Description:

An Assistant Administrator is a registered professional nurse with progressive administrative experience who supports Clinical Nurse Managers and Clinical Directors of clinical unit groups/specialty areas to fulfill responsibilities for overall management of hospital and patient care services on assigned shifts.

Job Qualifications:

1.Licensure: Current NYS license as a registered professional nurse
2.Education: BSN, Master's Degree in Nursing or health related field.
3.Maintain current BCLS
4.Computer skills - Microsoft Office
5.Minimum of three years of progressive nursing leadership experience demonstrating solid management abilities.
6.Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
7.Consistently demonstrates an ability to carry out all responsibilities/duties in a thorough and timely matter.
