Nursing Administrator
Michigan Surgical Center (Lansing, Michigan)

The Michigan Surgical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to manage and direct the surgical operations at our ambulatory surgical center located in East Lansing. The Administrator is accountable for the direction and coordination of all aspects of the surgery center. Responsibilities include business development, board relations, physician relations, budgeting, staffing, implementation of goals and objectives, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality patient care while efficiently utilizing resources and maximizing returns. Responsible for approximately 36 FTEs.

Qualified candidates will be a licensed RN with BSN or equivalent; ACLS certification; and 3-5 years supervisory experience. A minimum of 5 years experience in peri-operative nursing with generalized experience with ambulatory surgery also required.
