You will greet and provide world class service to all customers; control inventory of department merchandise; maintain housekeeping, safety and security within the department; order merchandise to maintain appropriate levels of inventory, as assigned; provide product knowledge and advanced selling skills to support overall profitability of the company.

Started in 1931, OSH began as a farmers’ purchasing cooperative in San Jose, California, later expanding to include hardware, gardening supplies, housewares and homewares.   Today, OSH is 85 stores strong with locations throughout California.   

OSH primarily serves retail do-it-yourself, or DIY, customers with a distinctive offering of convenience, product selection and customer service.  Core products consist of merchandise designed to meet the recurring home improvement, maintenance, and repair needs of their DIY customers, primarily in the hardware, industrial, plumbing, tools, paint, electrical, garden and nursery categories.  Eighteen stores also sell a full complement of home appliances representing all major appliance brands including Kenmore, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, and KitchenAid.
