On Assignment Healthcare is looking for an experienced LVN or RN with business, education, or management experience for a Field Reviewer position in North Central Texas.  As a Field Reviewer you will travel to several locations  between Waco and the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and conduct evaluations of providers administering Vaccinations under the Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) Project with the State of Texas.  You will be contracted to:

-  Contact providers to schedule a site visit to explain the composition of the visit.
-  Complete the On-Site Evaluation Report through environmental assessment of the clinic.
-  Conduct staff interviews and client interviews.
-  Check for accuracy and completeness of storage, expiration, and rate of immunization.
-  Utilize company laptop, flash drive, and software to properly document the evaluation.
