Description: Cape Ann Medical Center, Inc (an affiliate of Partners Community Healthcare, Inc.) is an eight physician Internal Medicine/Cardiology group practice located in Gloucester, MA. We are well known in the community with a reputation for excellence in healthcare. We are currently seeking exceptional NP and PA candidates for position in Internal Medicine. This individual is responsible for providing primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in the clinic following established standards and practices. The ideal candidate will perform complete physical exams, obtain complete medical history and records finding. Orders appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures. He/she will collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients. Provide monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits. Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information. Posts tests and examination results. Triages patient telephone calls and provides consultation. Qualifications: The successful candidate must be licensed in Massachusetts and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar multi-provider environment. Excellent patient care, customer service and communication skills are required. Must be flexible, team focused, and adapt to change easily.
