NURSE MANAGER

MEDICAL/SURGICAL ICU

As one of two managers for the ICU, the Nurse Manager manages, coordinates, and evaluates all elements of financial, material, and human resources in the in the provision of nursing care to the Medical/Surgical ICU patients in accordance with the service and missions of WVUH.

The Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) consists of 18 state of the art equipped rooms and specializes in the care of the critically ill medicine patient. The Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) consists of 12 state of the art equipped rooms and specializes in the care of the critically ill trauma and surgery patients.

The successful candidate will have: BSN, minimum four years nursing experience with current ICU experience, and two years management/leadership experience.
