RN Nurse Manager - Providence Mother Joseph Care Center Who we need!
Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation ministry in Olympia is seeking an RN Nurse Manager. Primary responsibilities will include: management of a nursing unit, including the development and implementation of a Primary Care Service model that integrates the concepts of choice, privacy, dignity, individuality and home-like environment; Directing and assisting with patient care; Maintaining budgets, staffing levels, and quality management programs; Providing supervision to nursing assistants and licensed staff. The function of the position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence Health Systems. Requirements:
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience:One to two years nursing experience, with at least one year of recent direct care responsibilities and at least six months as a supervisor Geriatric experience preferred.
Licenses/Cerfications:Current Washington State RN license, Current CPR certification, Current Food Handler permit
