Our client in AKRON is looking for a Nurse Case Manager to conduct risk assessments and facilitate individual plans of care. If you are looking to use your Clinical and Administrative background for a nationwide company?s Business Office, this is the perfect opportunity for you! PERSONAL PRIVACY GUARANTEED Job Details: The Nurse Case Manager will be working in a Business Office handling telephonic assessments. In this role, the Nurse Case Manager will screen members and coordinate with physicians to create individual plans of care. This position will also be one of education for patients, as well as collecting and reporting on the quality of care received. The ideal candidate to join this team will be able to initiate assignments with minimal supervision. Most patient contact will be through telephonic correspondence, and the Nurse Case Manager must also have strong computer skills. This department will handle a high volume of specialties such as OB, prenatal, asthma, and diabetes. The Nurse Revenue Case Manager must have a valid Ohio license as an RN and must be computer literate. This role will require an autonomous worker that is able to work on their own as well as part of a team.
