THE GREENE HOUSE

(located in Kierland Commons, Scottdale, Arizona)

The Greene House, part of the Fox Restaurant Concepts family, was inspired by the California lifestyle.  A warm, inviting atmosphere sets the tone for an array of simple-by-nature dishes. The menu developed by Executive Chef Michael Stebner, showcases signature fare made with farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients.  These signature items evolve throughout the year, based on ingredients that are fresh, plentiful and in season.  Ingredients are sourced from Arizona and California farms and fresh seafood is flown in daily. All pasta, pastries and desserts are made on the premises.  The extensive wine list features over 35 wines from boutique California wineries offered by the glass, half decanter or bottle and the reserve list features nearly 40 California wines by the bottle.

Seeking qualified individuals with a passion for hospitality, food and wine:

Sous Chef

Must have hands on management style with 2-5 years of current restaurant Sous Chef experience, strong communication and organizational skills along with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse staff.  If this describes your skill set, then we have an exceptional opportunity waiting for you.
