Description Monitor, administer, and provide security for global wide area network including firewalls, routers, switches, out-of-band management appliances, network analyzer appliances, Virtual Private Network Concentrators, intrusion detection systems and communication circuits. Backbone consists of high-speed connections to Internet and to Non-secure Internet Protocol Routed Network (NIPRNET). WAN consists of point-to-point and frame-relay technologies utilizing Cisco equipment. Monitor, manage and support the operations of firewalls, implement firewall rule changes to remove identified vulnerabilities, and install and maintain Frame Relay circuits. Required Skills Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years System Administration experience in a NOSC setting. Strong organizational skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Security Clearance required: Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
