NORTH CAROLINA  SITE MGRS/ASST. SITE MGRS.

 

Auto salvage pool company with locations throughout the Southeastern U.S. is seeking Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers for North & South Carolina locations to provide busines to business on-site services for auto insurance companies, financial institutions, auto dealerships, fleet providers, municipalities and private dealers.

Leading auto salvage pool for over 40 years.Privately owned, financially secure business.Multiple locations (24) throughout the SE, including , NC, SC, VA, GA, AL, FL & TX.Home Office (SC) staffed with IT department, General Manager, General Counsel, Operations Director and Administrative support personnel.Each salvage pool (site) location professionally staffed.

 

Position Description

Be responsible for financial results, including revenue gain, managing expenses and assuring quality service to our clients.  Use your management experience to recruit, direct, motivate, evaluate and train capable site staff.Serve as local representative to clients, providing measurable customer service.Administer and execute all Company policies.Be able to work independently with remote supervision.

 

Qualifications:

Present a verifiable background of 3+ years of successful managerial and customer service experience.Present strong communications, interpersonal and organization skills.  Demonstrated computer literacy and the ability to enhance client relationships through service and problem solving skills.  Associate College degree or equivalent related work experience is required. Successfully complete background investigation to include credit history, driving, criminal and work references.

 

Compensation:

Base Salary of $36,000-$52,500 annually, depending on experience.Eligibility to participate in Company Incentive Compensation Plan after one year of service.
