We are excited about Nissan! The last two years have been great growth years for us here.

We have seen the introductions of the hot-selling new Altima, the incredibly fun 350Z and 350Z Convertibles and the re-designed Maximas. Our SUV line has been completely redesigned, from the Murano and Pathfinder to the awesome Pathfinder Armada. Out new Titan full-sized pickup is a hit, and we've got a new Frontier pickup coming. Our sporty Quest minivan is sending everyone back to the drawing boards.

We could not pick a better time for our expansion. We need to expand our sales staff with some go-getters. We don't need you to have experience -- we will train you how to sell cars. We use a low-pressure, customer-friendly selling system that you wouldn't have experience with unless you've worked here anyway. We will teach it to you.

We just need people who have energy and friendly personallities. College grad or not, we need you to look sharp, speak well and be responsive to out customers.

We offer a guaranteed hourly rate, generous commissions and the best benefits in the business.

These positions may be sales, sales manager, sales management, sales representative, entry-level management, internet, e-commerce, administrative, executive, fleet manager, BDC director, finance manager, finance manager trainee, special finance manager, account manager, account management, account rep, Spi Fi manger, general sales manager and general manager positions at stores selling new cars and used automobiles, including trucks, SUV's, imported and USA vehicles, including American, German, Japanese, Korean, Italian, British automotive. The dealer at which you are placed always offers a base of some kind, possibly to include a base salary or guarantee, commissions, bonuses plus incentive pay. They will usually offer a 401k and other benefits including medical, dental, vacation, etc. Few offer demo or demonstrator programs. Requirements
Positions require a valid driver's license and candidates must pass a pre-hire drug screening. Dealerships selling performance, luxury or exotic cars may require a better driving record than other positions. Some retailers offer fast-track programs for inside and outside top gun sales pros to graduate from entry level selling positions into more advanced career positions. We require no experience. In fact, many of our most successfully placed candidates were veterans from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Coast Guard. Their military background can be a great asset in selling automobiles because of their discipline and confidence. Many applicants come to us from the restaurant, banking, real estate, mortgage, apartment rentals, appraisal, property management, accounting, manufacturing, merchandising, fitness, computer or government industry or industries. Some were recent college graduates, and some are high school grads. Some of our most successful candidates had experience selling insurance, appliances, electronics, transportation services, furniture rental, gym memberships, RV’s, motorcycles or food, on the retail level or by appointment or door-to-door. Degrees in marketing and advertising are less common among our placements than degrees in journalism, psychology, sciences, teaching, humanities, education and writing. Some have certificates in technology, data entry, nursing or CNA programs, and some have been recent Job Corp graduates.
