Compensation – Base - $58K Plan - $90K No Cap

JOB SUMMARY:

Due to our client’s growth, we are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager, based in the Northern California area to insure that the products they design and sell meet the unique needs of their customers.
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for attaining sales goals through direct and channel sales efforts. This position implements and executes sales strategy for the territory. This person will also manage customer relationships and develop new market share.
Major Accountabilities:
Selling tech solutions to the “C” level. Carrying a $1.0M quota. Working virtually (home office) and traveling 10% of the time. Provides leadership, sales expertise and support in sales effort to penetrate targeted accounts and vertical markets. Formulate goals, strategies, plans, and processes necessary to meet internal and external needs.
Minimum Requirements:
3 years of successful experience in direct B2B sales. Experience with selling to the Education, University and / or Hospital Markets. College Degree preferred. Strong Lead generation skills, sales closing ability and time/organizational management. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
